Facet Large Silver Hoop Earrings
Be bolder and go bigger with these faceted large hoop studs in sterling silver. Inspired by the Scottish Goddess Beira, who used her magic hammer to form mountains to create a bold and dramatic landscape.
These silver hoop stud earrings have a gentle curve leading to a point, revealing more hidden facets. The forms imitate how Beira would have shaped the mountains, adding edges and chipping away rock to reveal their true form.
Created by hand carving wax to craft their original form before being cast in recycled silver using the ancient art of lost wax casting. Hand assembled and forged with a hammer to ensure the swooping shape is symmetrical. Finished to a high polish, to catch the edges and add shimmer.
These large hoops are perfectly balanced due to their tapered design, which allow the weight of them to flow to the bottom, swaying slightly as you wear them — they’ll sway with you whilst dancing the night away at upcoming weddings or as you stroll along the beach on holiday.

All of Laconic’s ethical jewellery is handcrafted here in the UK using responsibly-sourced materials. All cast elements are made using Eco-silver.
Where possible, components such as chains, earring posts, clasps and fastenings are made using 100% recycled materials. These are more elusive and can't always be guaranteed.
All items qualify for free UK postage!
Please note all deliveries are sent via a tracked service and will require a signature upon receipt.
International Delivery – AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES due to import requirements. Please note that you will be responsible for paying customs charges, taxes and import duty when your order arrives in your country.

Orders are posted using recycled packaging which is 100% fully recyclable or biodegradable.
Delivery
Orders up to £10,000 in the UK receive complimentary delivery. For international orders, qualifying free delivery is on items over £1500 and up to £10,000.
We aim to ship in stock items within 2-3 working days.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped along with updates to your supplied email/mobile from Royal Mail or your international shipping provider.
All items are shipped using a tracked service and will require a signature for delivery.
Items that take longer
For made-to-order, back-order or pre-order items, these will be handcrafted especially for you and will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to be made and can be longer at busier times of the year, such as Christmas.
Made-to-order items will specify in the product description the current amount of time to handcraft the item.
Back-order items are those that are currently out of stock and will be handcrafted for you at your request upon ordering.
Pre-order items are not yet released and the expected delivery times will be visible in the product description
Duties
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original Laconic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at laconicjwls@gmail.com. We will then email you with further instructions and a returns address/label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
