How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

UK orders normally arrive within 2-3 working days after ordering, sometimes less.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

I've placed a back-order/made-to-order/pre-order, when will this arrive?

These items are being handcrafted especially and the lead times are normally shown on the product description page.

As a guide back orders and made-to-order items can take anywhere between 6-8 weeks. Occasionally there's things out with our control which may cause delays, especially during busier times of the year, such as Christmas. We aim to keep you informed if this is the case.

Pre-orders are for items that haven't yet been released and these will also be made-to-order. The timeframe will be shown among the product information.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Usually, shipping updates are automatically updated via the email and/or mobile number you provided upon placing the order.

Do I have to pay customs/import charges?

If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for paying customs charges, taxes and import duty when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more information on this.

Laconic cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

Total costs will depend upon your country, it is recommended you check these with your own countries customs office before you make your purchase.

As a rough guide, there is the Import Tax of between 17 – 21% and a courier handling fee, plus a Customs Charge. The average customs charge is around 5% but this varies depending on the country.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Laconic accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

I ordered a gift voucher, how will this be sent?

If you ordered an e-gift voucher this will be sent to the email address you provided in the 'To' section when adding it to your basket.

Check your spam if the email does not appear straight away in your inbox.

If you order a paper voucher this will be sent to the shipping address you provided via a Signed For method.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail Signed For, so your order will usually arrive in 3-5 days.

International deliveries via your national delivery service can take significantly longer.
